Mali is north of Ghana and South of Algeria. It was the kingdom of salt in its glory. But the most famous thing about this country is that it is the home of Timbuktu … the last place on earth!

FIRST NATIONWIDE CRUSADE

They tell me it's one of the first times that multiple churches have gathered together for a city wide crusade here in Bamako, Mali, French West Africa.

Twice, Reinhardt Bonnke has tried to come and twice he has faced stiff opposition and had to cancel the meeting. So everyone is so excited that we have come!

Opening night was awesome. Over 700 people came together. They were mostly church people. However, about six came for first time salvation which is huge in a Muslim country. Over 30 came forward as prodigal sons and daughters. Then the altars jammed with over 200 who said they felt chains of bondage wrapped around them.

THEN THE MIRACLES STARTED

Young Man – for 12 years he had pain in his head and trouble with his stomach. The pain was so severe he had no appetite. Now the pain was gone and he was REALLY hungry.

Man – A school teacher. He had not been able to teach for over five years because of a repertory problem. He had trouble breathing. He ran all over the stage.

Man – a motorcycle accident two years ago. Trouble walking. Now he ran all over the stage – leaping and praising God.

Young Man – pain across his chest for over 6 years. Trouble breathing. I grabbed him from behind and picked him up in the air and started jumping. He said, “NO more pain!”

Young Man – had injured his shoulder 6 years before while playing soccer. Immediately, he began swinging his arm round and round. He was totally healed!!!

Lady – had pain shooting across the back of her head and into her jaw. The pain was so severe she could hardly chew or talk for over 5 months. She began to move her jaw wide and move her head side to side!!! Then she shouted into the mic – PRAISE THE LORD!

Lady – 35 years old. She had been bleeding for over 2 years and severe chest pains for over 17 years. She had spent so much money on doctors and medicines and unable to do any house work, that her husband was sending her out of the home and back to her father.

She continued to believe God for a miracle. She came to the meeting believing God that it was her night. She was instantly healed!

RAN LIKE A LION WAS CHASING HIM!!!

Young Man – two years ago he had been injured in a car accident. He had pain every day in his right leg and arm. I commanded him to run – and he took off like a lion was chasing him!!!

Old man – for many years his eyes grew dim. He could not read his bible anymore.

So I grabbed a French bible and handed it to him and he said, “I can't read French.”

I told the audience, “I can't read French either.” Holy laughter hit me so hard…

Then they handed him a Bombara language bible and he began to read… and read… and read.

I couldn't get him to stop reading. The joy hit me again!!! I told the audience, “I've got him started and couldn't get him stopped!”

I LOVE MY JOB!!!

SCHOOL OF REVIVAL

We opened the School of Revival with “what is the anointing?”

We are in Bamako , Mali , French West Africa . The people have never had any city wide meeting like this as far back as anyone can remember.

After I spoke to the main group, I took the pastors into a side room. I spoke to them about “how to activate the anointing.” I went around the room and laid hands on each of them.

WHAT IS SALVATION?

The next night we preached on “What is Salvation?” Salvation includes heaven; sins forgiven; healing; deliverance; and prosperity.

When we gave the altar call, more than ten FIRST TIME decisions were made. Then 30 or more prodigals came home to Jesus. Then hundreds of Christians in bondage to sin. They kept coming!!!

Then we prayed for the miracles.

WOW!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!!!

Young lady – 28 years old, she had stomach problems all her life. No more pain.

Man – suffered with ulcers for ten years. He said he wasn't leaving the room until I touched him. The pain was gone before I could get to him.

Lady – mid 40's, had been having trouble walking for many years, and she walked all across the front.

Young lady – early 20's, had trouble with her neck and jaw – perhaps TMJ – and she open her jaw wide and moved her head without any pain.

Older man – pain in his lungs for over 2 years. He was coughing up blood and having trouble catching his breath. No pain. No cough.

THE MIRACLES KEPT COMING

Man – came in on a crutch. One leg 6” shorter than the other. His leg and foot were lame. He came walking up the stairs without the crutch and I sent him back to his seat to get the crutch. He carried the crutch over his head as he walked across the stage.

I sat him down in a chair and we saw the difference in the length of his legs. I asked the people to pray and his right leg grew 2 inches!!!! Everyone began to shout.

I then prayed that his leg would grow the last four inches while he slept tonight.

Lady – her eyes had nearly gone blind. Her daughter said she could only see four inches in front of her face. The lady's eyes were opened and she demonstrated that she could see me ten feet away!!! The daughter began to weep openly.

Young Boy – 13 years old. At 9 months old he had a severe fever that took his hearing. His father flew him to Paris and paid the doctors $25,000 and they could do nothing. (The average person only makes less than $1 dollar per day!)

He had no memory of sound and could hear nothing and was unable to speak. His first words were JESUS. The father said with a big smile – “it's a miracle!”

ANOINTING SERVICE

Saturday morning in Bamako , Mali , French West Africa , we held an anointing service. We had not taken any offerings all week. I asked the organizers if I could do it. They agreed.

The problem has been the severe criticism by the Muslims regarding the offerings. I ignored that and taught on the Tithe & Offerings.

The offering was over $500. You have to understand, $1 is a days wage!!! This was AWESOME!!! That meant that the offering was more than a days wage per person!!! Consider that in the USA , the average is only $5 – 10 per person!!! About an hours wage!!!

God looks at the sacrifice, not the amount!!!

THE PRESIDENT WANTS TO SEE ME NOW!

While I was preaching on the anointing, David (my crusade director) handed me a message. “We have to leave... the President of the Country wants to meet with you!!!"

We waited in his private reception room with the Chief of the Cabinet. A very warm and friendly man. The president entered. He greeted each of us. Very warm and personal.

He told me, “we have heard of your meetings and miracles. My only problem is that everyone in the country is talking about you and not about me!” Then chuckled with laughter. He continued, “I know that I am the president because of God's power. I want your prayers.”

I prayed against the locust that were swarming in the north and destroying all of their crops. I asked for peace along their boarders with all of their neighbors. I prayed for their educational system.
